POTTSTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
RECORDS DIVISION
The Records Division is responsible for maintaining all arrest reports, accident reports and incident reports handled by the Pottstown Police Department. All requests for information about these reports should be directed to this division.
The Records Division is open from 6:00 Am to 4:00 Pm, Monday
through Friday. For information regarding incidents and criminal records
checks call 610-970-6581. Information on accidents and traffic tickets
contact 610-970-6583.
Accident Reports may be requested by mail (click
on
to access a
printable request form). Incident reports will only be released under the
terms set forth in the
PA Open Records Law. Records regarding ongoing investigations, juveniles and, domestic violence
incidents may not be released.
(Note: The release of some reports may require a court order - Contact the Records Division for instructions.)

Records Check (Employment) $10.00
Fingerprinting Fee (Employment) $25.00
