
POTTSTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
PATROL DIVISION
The patrol division consists of twenty-one (21) officers, five (5) Corporals, and four (4) Sergeants - divided into four squads - who work twelve hour tours of duty (8 am-8 pm & 8 pm-8 am). Overall supervision of the Patrol Division is the responsibility of the Captain of Police.
It is the responsibility of the patrol division to provide twenty-four hour police protection to the Borough of Pottstown. All calls for service, crime reports, and crimes in progress are responded to by the patrol division.
The offices for the patrol division are located on the first floor of the Pottstown Borough hall and can be reached by calling 610-970-6570, but if you have an emergency dial 911.
