At the Post meeting on June 29, 2003, the Pottstown Police K-9 Unit offered a demonstration in some of the tactics they use. Officer Markovich and his partner, Britt, along with Officer Long and his new partner Asztor displayed several scenarios from finding narcotics in vehicles to using a K-9 to assist in apprehending a subject.

Officer Markovich introduces his partner, Britt.		After searching several vehicles, Britt finds a small amount of narcotics.

Officer Long and his partner Asztor prepare to arrest a subject with felony warrants (Officer Markovich).	Asztor goes after Officer Markovich, who is wearing a special shell on his arm used for K-9 bite training.

	Officer Long moves in to call off Asztor and make the 'arrest.'
